Description
One of the least-appreciated characters in Final Fantasy VII.
A few things about this: first, it was completely created on the computer. There was no pencil sketch, as the vast majority of my works require. Instead, I sketched directly into Photoshop and took it from there. After three layers, I had a workable image.
Her dress is a composite of a swatch of fabric that appears in my living room curtains. My scanner is directly in front of a window, so I didn't even need to take the curtains down! I was really happy with the way the dress turned out. REALLY happy. I also got some ideas for future works, and scanned other fabrics to see what would happen.
I have no idea which city that's supposed to be; I think it's Junon, but there are mountains like Nibelheim's in the background. I just wanted to see Tifa looking badass and sexy--well, the sexy part was mostly CGod's idea--and I think I did a good job. This pic really helped me learn more about Photoshop and how to use some of the basic tools in ways I hadn't figured out before. I especially like the Gaussian Blur filter, now that I know I can just blur one layer.
OH! The way this all started was like this:
I wanted Chinese food one night for dinner, but we were supposed to be saving our money. Nothing I did or said could make my husband say yes...until ~drakonlily heard my sob story and suggested I offer to draw Tifa for CGod in exchange for dinner. Since Tifa is CGod's favorite character, and he has been after me to draw a beautiful woman for him, the bribe worked. Thanks to Drakon, I had both a yummy meal AND a pic to work on for the next week!
Any thoughts?

This is gorgeous! Can I use this pic in a VinTif video of mine?
