I think it's gorgeous. There is something mysteriously revealing about it, and I'm not quite sure that was the right phrase to articulate the feeling I get from this, but I'm left with the sense that she has lifted her vail to show her face to the viewer, and the viewer alone, despite the wind. That wind creates a beautiful sense of motion, by the way.
The three things that really catch my eye about this piece are that bright orange against the muted gray of the background, the rich texture of her skirt, and those engaging eyes.
Oona. It means light. A friend of mine named her daughter Oona.
